Design & manufacture a fixture for CNC machining a complex steel pressing
We were approached to design and manufacture a machining fixture for a research and development project within the automobile sector.
Provided with the final CAD for the panel we had to follow the customers guidelines in where to support and clamp the part and locate it from a datum point.
After initial design meetings our concept was agreed and we commenced with production.
Once completed and tested for purpose the fixture was delivered to the customer.
